Horizons Foundation (NHF) and Nokia Romania launched a new
program in Cluj this year - IMPACT. NHF aims to create a
national service learning movement in Romania and take its
IMPACT model to scale nationally by creating 145 new IMPACT
youth clubs in 10 counties over the next three years. For
the first year of the program, the focus will be to establish
45 youth clubs in schools in Cluj, Romania, where the Nokia
Local offices and factory are located.
